Is there a minimum order?

Currently there is a £15.00 minimum order

Do I have to order weekly?

No, you can order as and when you require our meals. We offer a weekly service as we appreciate that not everybody has a large freezer.

When will my meals be delivered?

We deliver weekly depending on which area you live. Please click on the map on the home page to see what day we deliver to your area.

Who will deliver my meals?

Your local friendly driver will deliver your meals direct to your door; he will even put them in the freezer if you want!

What if I am not at home on the day that my meals are delivered?

We can leave you meals with a neighbour, or we can leave them somewhere of your choice in a freezer bag. We may be able to deliver on a different day, please call the helpline number to arrange this.

How long will my brochure take to arrive?

You should have your brochure within 2-3 days of requesting.

How do I order?

You can order online, fill out our easy to use order form, or contact us on 0845 070 2222.

How do I pay?

If you are ordering online you can pay with your credit/debit card or you can chose to pay the driver by cheque or cash on delivery.

If I pay by credit or debit card when will the money be taken from my account?

We will not take the money out of your account until your meals have been delivered.

Do I have to pay a delivery fee?

No, delivery is free. There is a minimum order of £15.00.

How long does it take to heat the meals?

Meals can take about 8 - 14 minutes in the microwave and 25 - 30 minutes in the oven. The meals are all clearly marked with cooking guidelines.

Do you have to remove or pierce the film before cooking

No, take the meal straight from the freezer and place into your oven or microwave.

How long can the meals be stored in the freezer?

Each meal has a 'best before' date on the label.

Can the meals be put in the Fridge?

Meals can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Do I need to defrost the meals before cooking?

No, simply place them straight into the oven or microwave from the freezer.

Are the plastic trays recyclable?

Yes, all of our trays can be recycled.

Do you do gift vouchers?

Yes we do. You can order these online with your meals or contact us on 0845 070 2222.
